- Course Duration and Validity:
- The Road Safety Education Program (RSEP) must be completed within a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the first class, in accordance with program requirements.
- Expiration of File:
- If the student does not complete the program within 18 months, the file will be considered expired and inactive. After this period:
- The school is no longer obligated to provide remaining training services.
- Any continuation of the course may require re-enrollment under the conditions in effect at that time.
- Student Responsibility:
- The student is responsible for:
- Scheduling and attending their classes;
- Following the course progression;
- Completing the program within the required timeframe.
- The school may send reminders as a courtesy; however, failure to receive reminders does not extend the validity period of the contract.
- Communication:
- All official communications will be sent to the contact information provided at registration. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their contact details remain up to date.
